WAKO Morning

As many of you know, I am President of an organization called Women And Kids Outdoors (WAKO). Today WAKO hosted an event at the Washburn School Forest and Cabin. It was a a beautiful day ... perfect for a hike and some running around with friends! Benny had a ton of fun and was pooped out (literally ... he pooped his pants in the car right before we left) from all the activity. Annalise was a gem, she slept the whole time - I'm sure it was all the fresh air :)

The school forest has some great trails leading through some neat forested areas. This is my favorite part of the walk with the towering pines ...

After the walk the kids tumbled in the snow for a while before we went in to have lunch :)

Annalise slept through the hike ... she LOVES this Baby Bjorn carrier!!

After the hike we ate lunch in the heated cabin ...

Annie slept through most of that, too ... I love this picture. Thanks Amy!!

When she woke up she was all smiles :)
